There are five townhouse associations in Summerfield. We are the smallest with 20 townhouses, located on 94th Avenue and Lakeside Drive, which backs up to the golf course on the 5th tee and fairway. Because of our small size and proximity to one another, HOA #5 is a place where neighbors can get to know each other at our monthly meetings, potlucks, barbecues, and other special neighborhood events held throughout the year. When: Second Tuesday of the month.
Time: 4:00 PM
Location: SCA Clubhouse meeting room.
cul-de-sacs are called "The Lakesiders'". We meet at a different restaurant each month to socialize and enjoy a meal and drinks together. As part of the greater Summerfield Community Association (SCA) we all have membership privileges, including the use of the clubhouse, the nine hole golf course, exercise room, two dual purpose tennis / pickleball courts, swimming facilities, ping pong and pool tables, as well as a host of other activities and amenities offered at the clubhouse.
