Monthly Board of Directors Meeting

​

Summerfield HOA #5 Monthly Board meetings are held at 4:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month in the Conference Room at the Summerfield Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend the monthly Board Meetings. If you have a specific topic to discuss, please email (using the Contact Us page shown above) the board at least five (5) days prior to the meeting so it can be included in the agenda. If you would like to become involved in the activities of the HOA or the board, please show up at a meeting and make your desires known to any board member or use the Contact Us page to email you desire to participate.

Annual Homeowners Meeting

​

The Board encourages all homeowners to attend the Annual Meeting of the Homeowners Association that is normally held the second Tuesday of July at 4:00, just prior to the regular Board Meeting. If you cannot attend, we encourage you to assign your proxy vote to someone else who will be attending. The Board reviews neighborhood information and answers questions about the budget.
